This includes rent collection, managing maintenance requests, communication with tenants, and compliance with current legislation. We ensure that every detail is handled professionally to guarantee efficient and worry-free management for the property owner.

As part of our day-to-day management, we are committed to maintaining constant and effective communication with tenants. This includes managing lease renewals and official communications.
- Communications with tenants: R31, renewals, letters
- Following up on tenant complaints and/or issues with municipal authorities, etc.
- Emergency Service: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
We ensure smooth communication with tenants, including managing lease renewals, sending official letters, as well as tracking specific requests (RL-31 slips, notices of modification, etc.).
We manage all tenant complaints and forward them to the appropriate authorities (municipal, rental board/tribunal, etc.) for prompt resolution in compliance with current legislation.
An emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (or '24/7') to respond quickly in case of an unforeseen problem or a rental emergency, ensuring peace of mind for tenants and property owners
