The Green Brigade: Facade and Outdoor Space Enhancement
Some buildings really shine when their facades are enhanced. Each year, The Green Brigade selects properties where we volunteer our time to improve the landscaping. The property owner takes care of the design plans (choosing the shrubs, flowers, and trees), and we handle all the planting!
Tenant Synergy
We try, through the presence of a bulletin board and easy communication tools (Facebook), to create synergy within the building. To create links with one another, by trying to organize BBQs, discussions, exchanges: learn to know one's neighbors, attract greater respect for the premises, lead tenants to reflect on what would make them excited and make them want to stay in the building.
